Chale Jouve Stylist Program

Professional FAQ

  • There is currently no minimum order to join the Chale Jouve Professional Program. As our wholesale program expands, minimum order quantities may apply to professional and retail accounts.

  • Yes. Professional and wholesale orders are subject to a minimum order requirement. Please email us at professionals@chalejouve.com for pricing, minimum order quantities, and additional information.

  • Ambassadors are selected on a rolling basis as applications are received. Applicants who align with the Chale Jouve brand, maintain an active social media presence, and meet our partnership requirements may be invited to join our Ambassador Program.

  • You can expect to hear back from us within 24–48 business hours. We strive to respond to all applications, emails, and inquiries as quickly as possible. Thank you for your interest in partnering with Chale Jouve.

  • Yes. To remain an active Chale Jouve Ambassador, you are required to showcase Chale Jouve products at least once per week.

    Content requirements include:

    • Instagram or Facebook Stories: Must remain live for the full 24-hour duration.

    • Instagram Posts, Reels, TikTok videos, or other feed content: Must remain published for a minimum of 3 days.

    If you need to remove content before the required timeframe due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact the Chale Jouve team in advance whenever possible. We understand that exceptional situations may arise and will review requests on a case-by-case basis.
